WHO WE ARE

Shanxi Longsheng Yuanyuan Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. Over the past two decades, the company has grown into a modern, integrated, enterprise combining research, casting, precision machining, and sales. It specializes in the production of malleable iron pipe fittings, grooved fittings, and a wide range of precision cast components .

Under its proprietary brand LSZZ, Longsheng Yuanyuan has built a solid reputation in the industry. Its products are widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas pipeline systems providing reliable products, professional services, and integrated piping solutions. To date, the company has established a mature and stable distribution network across multiple regions in China.

The company is located in the Shixiang Industrial Park, Taigu District, Shanxi Province, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million and total assets of RMB 80 million. It covers over 30,000 square meters, with a built-up area of approximately 21,000 square meters, and employs more than 300 staff. Guided by a “zero-defect” quality philosophy, the company is committed to producing highly reliable cast products. It operates three fully automatic vertical production lines and is equipped with a complete and advanced quality control system.

Secured first clients under rigorous quality control,
Shanxi Sunshine Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Huozhou Power Plant, etc.

Expansion & Standardization

Invested RMB 20 million, added 20,000+ m² of land,
expanded to 200+ employees,
rose to the forefront of the industry,
and was certified as a Level-III standardized enterprise.

Automation & Output Surge

Added an investment of over RMB 10 million;
the automated production line was commissioned,
annual output exceeded 10,000 tons, and headcount grew to 300+.

Digitalization & First Export

Built a digital foundry shop, upgraded digital office systems,
achieved end- to-end data management, and improved production
efficiency by 50%.
First exports to South Korea marked  start of internationalization.

In response to government upgrading initiatives, installed four new
dust-collection units and hardened 6,000+ m² of internal roads,

The company is equipped with five environmentally friendly electric furnaces, and all dust-generating points are fitted with collection hoods and dust-removal systems. In addition, the company has invested in a photovoltaic power generation system, which supplies approximately 20 percent of its production electricity demand, and has established a comprehensive waste management program with a recycling and reuse rate exceeding95 percent for production scrap. Beyond product performance, the company also incorporates full life-cycle environmental impact considerations into product design and manufacturing, actively supporting sustainable industry development.
